Fair play
Do not use bots, cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation, packet manipulation or other unfair advantages. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately; do not exploit or publicize them.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Do not impersonate staff, share credentials or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
Trading and economy
Real-money trading, account sales, fraud, scams, chargeback abuse and item duplication are prohibited unless ARCANE explicitly authorizes a specific activity.
Gameplay and conduct
Do not intentionally disrupt services, abuse bugs, evade sanctions, spam chat or use misleading names. Normal competitive gameplay and PvP are allowed within the published game mechanics.
Moderation and enforcement
Staff may investigate reports and apply warnings, temporary suspensions or permanent bans according to severity. Evidence and circumstances are reviewed individually; sanctions may be appealed through the official contact page.
Updates and availability
Game rules, rates and services may change with announcements. ARCANE cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of every in-game item.
